Sources & scope
Private working proposal for The Morley Bros. Reviewed November 3, 2026. TERAMOK-published work and figures are attributed below; they are not independently audited or forecasts for Morley.
What Ali asked for
The supplied Gemini meeting summary of November 3, 2026 establishes website redesign as the primary requirement, with real-estate website experience a selection criterion. Website care and a marketing partnership were requested as separately priced options. Historical planning in that summary referred to December 2026 planning, January 2027 production and Q2 2027 launch. The November 5 proposed website schedule supersedes those initial planning dates for this private proposal; see Website delivery target. The summary is not a verbatim transcript.
Apple Park
Source image: Morley Bros. published portfolio. This is client portfolio context, not TERAMOK work. The opening combines a volumetric architectural interpretation with measured image gradients, manually inspected building and courtyard masks, and illustrative single-image depth. The roof, façade, trees and landscape progressively assemble into source-image pixel positions, followed by the unchanged reference photograph. The first 18,000 particles use simulated springs and separation impulses; the dense image field uses GPU spring trajectories and pointer deflection. Depth and dimensions are artistic estimates, not a surveyed architectural model. Morley’s exact project responsibilities, current facts and image permissions remain subject to confirmation.
Client review sources and attribution
Five individual review-card designs follow the website planner. Each card keeps its supplied text, author/company where established, individual score, platform and source action together. They use the passages in the user-supplied November 4 screenshot; this is not a claim that each card reproduces an entire platform review. FA Architecture, AION and G.K. are labelled Review excerpt. AION and G.K. show an omission marker between supplied passages. Longer reviews remain readable through the card’s own scroll area when required. The platform marks identify sources; they are not verified badges, agency aggregate scores, platform sponsorship or forecasts for Morley.
Morshedy Group International / Dimitris Oikonomou. The individual Trustpilot review shows five stars and September 30, 2026. The author, rating and text were checked on Trustpilot’s TERAMOK profile. Morshedy attribution is supported by TERAMOK’s supplied reference and a cached search-reader capture of a public LinkedIn self-profile listing the company. That capture was indexed three weeks before this review; direct profile access was unavailable. It does not authenticate a corporate role or prove that the profile owner controls the Trustpilot account. The CEO title displayed in this private presentation was explicitly confirmed by Kirill on November 5, 2026. It is user-supplied current role information, separate from the platform review and cached profile; it is not represented as independently authenticated by those records. Additional work context comes from TERAMOK’s Morshedy case, which reports a July 2024 start and film, photography, organic-social and brand-material work. This is agency-reported case history, not a live contract confirmation or independent execution audit. The Greece homepage labels the same quotation as Google, while the USA homepage links the Trustpilot review. This presentation uses one Trustpilot endorsement, without duplicating it across platforms.
ANICON / Annivas Vasilopoulos. The card is labelled Supplied Google review and links to the unaltered supplied screenshot, which visibly contains the reviewer’s name, five stars and the excerpt. The screenshot was preserved from the earlier user-provided evidence; its filename records capture context, not an exact publication date. An individual live Google permalink was not established, so no verified-Google or agency aggregate badge is used. ANICON’s leadership page identifies him as Founder & Managing Director, and TERAMOK Greece attributes the review to ANICON. The displayed CEO & Founder title was explicitly confirmed by Kirill on November 5, 2026; it is user-supplied current role information, distinct from the wording on the official page. The client specialism retained here describes ANICON’s own design, technical due-diligence and project/construction-management business; it is not TERAMOK’s service scope. No Ellinikon, project-value or developer-revenue claim is inferred.
FA Architecture and Partners. The individual architecture review on Clutch is dated July 23, 2025 and rates the engagement 4.5 out of 5. The historical review identifies Felix Aron as CEO. Kirill explicitly corrected his current display title to COO on November 5, 2026. The card uses the user-confirmed COO title; this does not alter or relabel the historical Clutch record. The selected quote concerns aesthetic and industry knowledge. The review describes a January 2024 to January 2025 project involving rebranding, brochures, case studies and social media. This is a past reviewer-reported engagement, not an entitlement in Morley’s offer. No historical traffic claim, project spend, response-time or weekly-update assertion is carried into these cards. No additional verified badge or invented logo is displayed; the card uses the company name as text.
Anastasios / AION Aesthetics. The individual Trustpilot review shows five stars, published October 20, 2026; its separate experience date is October 20, 2025. The reviewer’s public display name is Anastasios. AION attribution comes from TERAMOK’s reply on the platform and the Greece homepage; no surname or property-industry identity is invented. Kirill explicitly confirmed Anastasios as Co-founder of AION Aesthetics on November 5, 2026; the displayed role is user-supplied current information, not an additional platform verification. Nearly five years is the reviewer’s description at the review date; no start year, active contract term or guaranteed retention is inferred. The work context describes social-media and online-brand support, not new deliverable quantities in the Morley scope.
G. K. / Confidential firm. The individual Trustpilot review is dated July 22, 2026, with an experience date of January 12, 2026, and five stars. On November 5, 2026, the user supplied the displayed description: Executive at a confidential firm under NDA, working between the Dominican Republic and the USA. This role, confidentiality status and operating-region description are user-supplied context; the public review alone does not establish them. The presentation retains only the reviewer’s initials and does not identify the firm, a full personal name, headquarters, legal entity or NDA parties. Brand identity, content planning, video concepts and photo-shoot execution are work described in the review, not independently audited outputs or production quantities.
Context was refreshed from primary client and review sources in this revision. The cards concern different engagements and do not establish that those clients purchased Morley’s $14,000 website scope, the selected marketing programme, a particular support allowance or any future financial return. Each price, deliverable and term remains in the separate planner and agreement sections.
Reviewed November 4, 2026: TERAMOK USA homepage, TERAMOK Greece homepage and the linked primary profiles. The Trustpilot profile displayed an aggregate TrustScore of 4.2 from six reviews, while the selected individual reviews show five stars. The Clutch architecture review is individually 4.5, distinct from its profile aggregate. No aggregate score or review-count badge is displayed in this presentation. Morshedy and ANICON logos were retained unchanged from the current Greece homepage. Original source snapshots, access limitations and hashes are preserved privately.
Original logo sources. Trustpilot’s logo comes from its official corporate site; the five-star image is the original platform asset used only for the individual five-star cards. Google’s colored wordmark comes from Google, and Clutch’s logo comes from its official Help Center. Original asset colors and bytes are preserved. The AION logo comes from AION Aesthetics’ official website; the review/company association still rests on TERAMOK’s published attribution and reply. Morshedy and ANICON logos retain their recorded official/homepage provenance. No unestablished FA or confidential-firm logo is invented; those card headers use text identifiers.
DIMAS Solar: interactive systems concept
The November 4, 2026 source is the actual product showroom in section two of the TERAMOK proposal at dimas.teramok.us. This is a working configurator prototype and 3D craft demonstration, not evidence of a launched catalogue, accepted production website, CAD survey, product certification or sales result. The local English version isolates that product component; the original Dimas proposal and its commercial terms are not embedded or linked from the configurator action.
The original schematic system geometry, materials, documented tank/collector selections, construction-layer controls, orbit/keyboard controls and manufacturer family images are reused. A TERAMOK presentation adapter moves the actual 3D components into place as the viewer scrolls, with framing adapted to the full-screen studio. This new illustrative assembly sequence is presentation choreography, not a factory assembly or installation procedure. The original source is preserved separately; the adapter and its renderer seam are recorded as changes. The English adapter translates controls, status and accessibility labels. Tank and collector choices are limited to the seven documented presets in the supplied source catalogue. This is not a claim that every Dimas product or certified combination is represented. Manufacturer images remain distinguishable from the illustrative 3D study; product dimensions, suitability, availability and documentation require manufacturer confirmation.
The Morley case fills the presentation screen. “Scroll to assemble.” leads to “Click to configure.”, where viewers configure the system directly through the visible tank and collector buttons, manual construction control and drag/keyboard rotation. Scrolling remains native and reversible; once assembled, product choices and manual inspection remain under the viewer’s control. It contains no quote/contact submission, Dimas programme prices, sales forecasts or private proposal navigation. A separate local view remains available as a fallback; it does not navigate into the original full proposal. Pause, offscreen unload, reduced-motion/print poster and load-error fallbacks are provided. These are website craft capabilities. Complex configurators, new models and bespoke systems retain a separate brief and quote; this example does not add them to the $14,000 build or $2,500 asset-integration page.
The YPERIA screenshot was replaced only in the website-case sequence. Its separate 800-download result remains attributed to the published YPERIA case and is not a Dimas result. Original Dimas source files and adaptation hashes are preserved privately in this task’s research and proposal-review records. Rights, product validation and external display permission remain separate from this local adaptation.
Website work
NUR Developments launch page and TERAMOK’s NUR case. This is a custom coming-soon page, not a completed full website. The full website is in development. Imagery includes AI visualizations. The case study embeds the actual published coming-soon page with its interactive lighting. A November 3, 2026 illuminated capture is used while loading or paused. This is a live external preview, not a completed full website.
Published residential website recording. The published source originally identifies a TERAMOK-designed/developed luxury residential property website, client under NDA. Kirill confirmed that this is the MOR Developments site shown immediately before it. The actual 24.94-second client-device browsing recording is reproduced unchanged and remains one case with the original website, not an additional client or outcome. It demonstrates website craft; it does not prove sales causation or a result for Morley.
MOR Developments, original website and browsing recording
User-supplied MOR Developments / Amarè Villas website showcase, inspected November 4, 2026. Its footer credits TERAMOK with website design and creation. The demonstration is presented as website craft, without an independently verified client-launch, traffic or conversion claim. It is not Morley Bros. project work and is not used to increase a verified client count.
The presentation uses a dated snapshot of the actual page and its original animation components. Parent scroll moves the source page through its original tour; that component’s own scroll mapping, spring and video seeking render the camera movement and information overlays. The property camera is an original 30.72-second film, not a live surveyed model. The original movie and six source images were downloaded through their displayed source-page media and preserved byte for byte, with dated hashes. No building imagery was generated or the movie transcoded. A source-frame poster appears while loading, paused or unavailable.
Presentation adaptations add a remote base URL, noindex, local delivery of those original media, a progress/readiness bridge, and removal of analytics and editor controls. This leaves the source creative animation intact. The preview is passive so the proposal keeps its native scrolling; the original website remains available through Open website. The source’s property measurements, dates, availability, placeholder-looking contact details and progress claims are not independently verified or adopted as proposal evidence. Image rights, project facts and any external release still require confirmation. Kirill identified the existing portrait device-browsing recording as this same MOR Developments website and explicitly confirmed its use on November 4, 2026. The source page credits MOR Developments and its preserved asset names also identify MOR. Both views are one website case, not two unique clients or results. The recording was originally published anonymously; the MOR association is TERAMOK-supplied for this private preview and does not establish external NDA/display clearance. No country, cabin class, revenue or sold-status claim is added.
Magna Graecia, original mobile experience
User-supplied Magna Graecia / Villa Exomandria website, inspected November 4, 2026. Its footer credits TERAMOK with the marketing campaign and website landing page design. This case demonstrates website craft, not verified project completion, launch acceptance, sales, traffic, ROI or an additional verified client count. It is separate from Morley Bros. project work.
A dated source-page snapshot runs at its actual 390 × 844 portrait viewport inside an illustrative phone. Presentation scroll moves the original source page; the original component retains its own scroll mapping, smoothing, video seeks and overlays. The property camera is the original 76.47-second portrait film, not live architectural geometry. The actual displayed movie was downloaded from the source browser and copied byte for byte. A frame from that movie is the loading, paused and unavailable poster. The device motion is a presentation treatment.
Adaptations are limited to local original-media delivery, module import delivery, noindex, a readiness/progress bridge and removal of analytics/editor controls. The preview is passive, with no form submissions. The source’s property dimensions, construction/sale status and response-time promises are not independently verified or adopted by this proposal. Source credit does not establish ownership, release rights or client acceptance. Original media and module availability, hosting byte ranges and release rights require checking before external publication.
Horizon Properties, original cloud and property journey
User-supplied Horizon Properties website, inspected November 4, 2026. The displayed title and brand are retained; the footer credits TERAMOK. This is an attributed website-craft demonstration, not a verified launch, completed project, sales or ROI result.
The dated snapshot keeps the original cloud reveal, illustrative Athens map, neighbourhood lens and building-image transitions. Proposal scroll drives the original visible journey at its 1280 × 720 viewport; its original component controls the layout and animation. These are original DOM/CSS and image effects, not a surveyed 3D city model. The map’s own approximate-position notice remains. The source’s buyer counts, property availability, prices, Golden Visa information and other company statements are not independently verified or adopted as TERAMOK outcomes or Morley promises. The focused preview stays within the map and property sequence; it does not submit forms. Analytics/editor controls are removed and a passive progress/readiness bridge is added. A source-site capture is the loading/paused fallback. Display rights, client acceptance, original module/image availability and final hosting still require checking before external release.
Lydakis Construction, original physics and project sequence
User-supplied Lydakis Construction website, inspected November 4, 2026. Its displayed name is retained and its footer credits TERAMOK. This demonstrates website design and development, without an independently verified launch, completed-project, sales or additional-client-count claim.
The original source canvas hose simulation, scroll-based title reveal, project imagery and service transitions run inside the preview at 1280 × 720. Native presentation scroll drives the original page. Pointer/click forwarding reaches only the source hero’s original handlers; an original lift pulse may be triggered as the chapter begins. The creative component code is retained, rather than reconstructed animation. This physics illustration is not a construction simulation or surveyed model. Forms and payload submissions are disabled; editor/analytics controls are removed and a passive readiness/progress bridge is added. The source’s company history, project counts, testimonials and project facts belong to that source and are not verified TERAMOK results, Morley deliverables or a forecast. A source capture is the fallback. Rights, source availability and final hosted behaviour remain external-release checks.
Los Angeles development, website under NDA
Kirill supplied the November 3 screen recording and identified it as website development for a Los Angeles development under NDA. The case retains that user-supplied location and anonymity label, with no client/project name, identifying website URL or invented business result. It demonstrates the recorded lot-map interactions. The preview is a recording scrubbed by presentation scroll, not a live lot selector, availability feed or measured marketing outcome.
The original local recording remains unchanged. The presentation uses a web derivative with the complete recorded frame, proportional scaling to 1920 × 1304, 30-frame-per-second H264 playback, short keyframe intervals, no audio and removed source metadata. No building/map imagery was generated or extra client identity added. A frame from the recording supplies the poster. The supplied footage shows no obvious client/project name, URL or browser chrome in the inspected frames, but aerial imagery and lot layout may remain recognisable; the NDA label does not promise complete de-identification. Lot boundaries, positions, imagery and availability shown in the source are illustrative source content, not independently validated property facts. Original and derivative hashes and processing notes are retained privately. Display permission, NDA terms and external-release approval remain separate from this local instruction. No sales, ROI, launch acceptance or unique-client-count claim is inferred.
Multifamily Radon, before and after
Original Multifamily Radon website and TERAMOK redesign preview, supplied by Kirill on November 3, 2026. Kirill reports that the client approached TERAMOK to redesign a 15-year-old website; that age is client/user supplied, not independently dated by the original website. The comparison demonstrates design and development craft, not increased traffic, enquiries, revenue or a result forecast for Morley.
The presentation uses dated local snapshots of the actual pages, with their original content and code. Only a base URL for original links/assets and noindex on the legacy snapshot were added. Presentation scroll drives the original redesign’s Three.js/GSAP scene and camera through its existing film controls. This is the real source animation, not generated footage or a recreated model. Original-site scrolling also uses the actual page. The public sites are unchanged. Authentic source captures provide the paused/loading fallback.
The redesigned site is a draft preview, not a verified client launch. Its noindex/nofollow metadata, draft notice and inactive quote form remain intact. Its embedded regulatory and service statements belong to that source preview; this case is not new legal, medical or testing guidance. No conversion, form-delivery or commercial outcome is asserted.
How the results build
Scroll controls an illustrative three-dimensional reveal of the fixed, reported figures. Particle formation and camera movement are presentation effects, not a measured growth timeline, client-by-client allocation or forecast. The download figure uses 800 glyph points to illustrate 800 reported download actions, not distinct buyers. The reservation scene uses 48 abstract cells, 22 highlighted; it is not an actual floorplan, availability feed or completion record. Other typographic particles do not represent additional financial records. The original Search Console receipt remains attached to the separate search-impressions case. Source definitions, periods and evidence limits for every figure remain as described below.
2025 client marketing budgets
Kirill Samarits reported on November 4, 2026 that marketing budgets associated with clients TERAMOK worked with in 2025 exceeded $13 million USD. The presentation treats this as management-reported portfolio experience. It is not a claim that TERAMOK directly managed or deployed the whole amount, earned that amount, or produced a corresponding commercial result.
No underlying budget/accounting records or client-by-client reconciliation were supplied for independent verification. The client cohort, budget categories, inclusion and deduplication method, and TERAMOK-controlled share remain unverified. This aggregate is not restricted to the real-estate case studies and is not a forecast for Morley.
800 brochure downloads
YPERIA published case, updated September 26, 2026, reports 800 brochure downloads to date. The underlying cohort and analytics were not supplied for independent verification. Downloads are actions, not necessarily distinct people, qualified buyers or completed sales. No sales result or forecast is inferred.
22 of 48 units reserved
TERAMOK’s results ledger, updated October 21, 2026, reports 22 reservations before groundbreaking for a 48-unit Chicago residential launch. Client identity is withheld. Reservations are not completed sales. The 48 marks visualize this reported count; they are not a real inventory plan. The exact cohort dates and underlying contract records have not been independently audited.
+693% search impressions
Published Search Console evidence and original screenshot. The Chicago developer’s 90-day view shows 33.1K impressions (+693%) and 480 clicks (+103%), six months into SEO. Impressions and clicks are not enquiries, buyers or sales. This is a separate anonymized engagement; it is not combined with the 48-unit reservation case.
Website delivery target
The November 5 user direction proposes a 90-calendar-day operational website from kickoff. The dated example assumes agreement, kickoff, approved content and required access by November 20, 2026. First draft for review is targeted for January 4–8, 2027. A second draft incorporating consolidated feedback is targeted within 5–10 business days of receiving it, as a near-final launch candidate; approval and launch checks follow. A November 20 kickoff makes the 90-day launch target February 18, 2027. Responsive pages, forms, the agreed existing CRM connection, tracking and launch SEO are checked before launch. Extra scope and approval/content/access delays shift dependent dates. This is a proposed delivery schedule, not a fixed launch guarantee, fabricated availability deadline, paid-media start, new revision limit or marketing exit right. Actual delivery capacity and commercial terms require confirmation.
Website build & optional additions
This custom Morley website proposal was revised at Kirill’s direction on November 5, 2026: from $14,000 USD for the 12-page build and launch only. This changes the private Morley starting fee; it does not change TERAMOK’s public website offer. The 12 pages include one enquiry/campaign landing page usable without paid ads, positioning, initial copy, custom design, responsive development, agreed page motion, launch/page SEO, an existing CRM connection, forms/source tracking and client editing of agreed CMS content. Routine CMS editing is included without a full source-transfer purchase. Agree initial project entries, migration, service/portfolio structure and approved project-role credits before work; no unlimited archive is implied. Unlimited design revisions apply to the agreed brief. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, additional pages, production and full site/source transfer are separate.
Additional page types: a standard page is $900 using the existing design system and approved copy, including responsive build and page SEO. An additional immersive 3D page is $2,500 using compatible approved, web-ready assets, including layout, page-level interactive motion, scroll/camera choreography, responsive integration, performance checks and page SEO to the agreed brief. These are alternative page types beyond the initial 12; one page is counted and charged once, never $900 plus $2,500 for the same page. An upgrade within the initial pages needs a separately agreed change scope. New models, architectural scenes, rendered films, licences, complex configurators, bespoke systems and new copy require separate quotes. Routine entries in agreed existing templates are content updates, not automatic new-page charges.
Website maintenance, $500/month: optional technical reliability care from the agreed service start. Weekly checks cover existing site health, forms, links and integrations. Routine supported maintenance and fixes to existing functionality sit within an agreed repair allowance, with a short monthly maintenance update. Repair allowance, response windows, incident coverage, start dates and payment/service terms must be agreed before work. This is not unlimited repairs, emergency coverage or a guarantee against faults or third-party downtime. Launch defects and overlapping technical tasks are not charged twice. Hosting, software and licences are separate.
Content updates, $800/month: up to 4 hours per month scheduled weekly for approved copy, imagery and project entries on existing pages/templates. This is separate from technical maintenance and is not 4 hours per week. New pages/features, design changes beyond the allowance, SEO campaigns and production are separate. One-off SEO is $200/hour for an approved task list and spending cap outside included launch/page setup and selected maintenance; actual time billed and work above the cap needs approval.
Website production: filming is $4,000/day for up to 8 hours at one location with a small crew, standard camera/sound/lighting and a shot-list call. Editing and still photography are separate; travel, permits, talent, specialist gear and drone work need approved quotes. Finishing is $2,000 per batch: 5 edits up to 45 seconds each in one agreed aspect ratio and 10 standard photo retouches from supplied organised assets, with basic colour/sound/captions/library music and two revision rounds. No capture, advanced VFX or new bespoke 3D assets. Existing client assets can be used without buying filming.
Photography, new 3D asset/scene production and full site/source transfer require quotes and remain unpriced in numeric totals. Agree full source-transfer fee, licences, CMS account/access arrangements, continued-use rights and handover before commitment. Routine agreed CMS content editing is included in build delivery and does not require purchasing full source transfer. Client content, domain and CRM ownership are separate from site/source transfer. A selected quote item makes the estimate incomplete; it is not free. Hosting, domain, software, taxes and approved outside costs are excluded.
Accelerated launch: the November 5 user direction adds an optional deadline-led upgrade beneath the standard timeline and as a quote-required website item. The fee is additional to the $14,000 build, one-time, unpriced and excluded from numeric totals. Adding it to the estimate sends no request, books nothing and reserves no capacity. A feasible earlier schedule, capacity, scope and approval turnaround must be confirmed in a separate written quote. The dated 90-day schedule remains the standard reference until accelerated milestones are agreed. Existing revision scope, approvals and launch checks are retained unless a different scope is agreed; support and marketing do not activate. No limited-slot claim, countdown, fixed rush fee or faster date is invented.
The planner and its PDF share one price model. One-time and monthly amounts stay separate; no annual maintenance charge remains. The first-12-month comparison is priced build/one-off items plus 12 months of selected monthly support. Maintenance alone adds $6,000 for that comparison; build plus 12 months of maintenance starts at $20,000. This is not advance payment, automatic renewal or an automatic 12-month support commitment. Final service periods, dates and payment terms require agreement. Earlier-version saved website additions are cleared once for the new $14,000 build-only starting point. Choices saved under the new version persist on later reloads; standard pages are not converted to immersive pages.
Website-only selections do not activate the $3,000 marketing strategy core or marketing buyout terms. Recurring Google SEO remains $1,200/month plus the $3,000 core: $4,200/month or $50,400 over 12 months. Website plus that 12-month SEO/core comparison starts at $64,400 before support/production/extras. Marketing content/CRO is a distinct additional 4-hour block beyond selected website content updates. The $1,200/month existing-design campaign-page service adds campaign copy/form/tracking and is not also billed as a $900 or $2,500 page for the same build. Agree any distinct advanced work separately. Shared technical/design/production work is delivered and charged once.
Private working estimate. Confirm page counting, approved asset compatibility, scope, CRM, repair/support allowances, production inputs, dates, payments, transfer/continued-use rights, actual delivery cost/capacity/margin and budget fit before client-ready release. The build must stand on its own without speculative extras. No sales, ranking or acquisition forecast, purchase, client message or public deployment is made here.
Morley’s optional next steps
The supplied November 3 file is a Gemini meeting summary, not a verbatim transcript. It records a distinctive website to present a 25-year portfolio and breadth across entitlement, public affairs and development/investment-related services, with real-estate website craft as an agency selection criterion. Monthly maintenance and marketing were requested as optional additions. No advertising budget, sales target, acquisition plan or founder-profile management scope was agreed. The firm is not described here as a licensed law firm or solely as a villa seller.
Website first: the build stands alone. Optional $500/month maintenance is technical reliability; $800/month content updates buy four monthly hours scheduled weekly for approved portfolio/service changes. New immersive pages or production are separate additions when the brief needs them. Use existing approved assets without purchasing a shoot. A $4,000 capture day plus a $2,000 finishing batch is $6,000 one-time for the agreed outputs, before travel/permits/licences/taxes/outside costs. Ten retouches do not include still-photography capture, which needs its own quote.
Starting scope, $3,400/month: Company LinkedIn at $400 plus the required $3,000 strategy/account-leadership scope. Four company-page posts monthly use approved supplied content. Planned 12-month agency fees are $40,800, billed monthly under the separate proposed marketing terms; media and filming start at $0. Adding ongoing SEO is optional. Removing services can create a different custom scope; this is a starting selection, not an absolute price floor.
Optional focused visibility scope, $4,600/month: the existing $3,000 strategy/account-leadership service plus $400 company LinkedIn and $1,200 Google SEO. This is a custom discussion selection from existing rates, not a new discounted tier or an automatic recommendation. It buys strategy/account leadership within 16 team hours monthly including two calls, four company-page posts from approved supplied content, and ongoing SEO within six hours on up to four existing pages. Planned agency fees over 12 months are $55,200, billed monthly and subject to proposed exit terms. Website, support, media, production and outside costs are separate. Optional credential/presentation design is another $600/month for four hours, making the same selected scope $5,200/month, not a promised new brochure or case study every month. Company LinkedIn + strategy alone remains $3,400/month. Founder profiles, outreach and new original thought-leadership writing are excluded; the personal LinkedIn job-post anecdote does not prove company-page results.
Broader programmes: original service sets and prices remain unchanged. Content presence (formerly Foundation) is $7,000/month, $84,000 planned agency fees over 12 months, for Instagram/Facebook content, SEO and additional website/CRO work with strategy. Campaign activation (formerly Growth) is $12,000/month, $144,000 over 12 months, adding Meta/Google campaign management, editing and email nurture. Extended reach (formerly Partnership) is $16,000/month, $192,000 over 12 months, adding AI-search work, TikTok and design hours. These are different discussion scopes, not a required progression. No broader package is presented as a confirmed Morley channel recommendation. Wider-channel availability alone does not establish fit.
Every recurring marketing selection includes the $3,000/month strategy core. Unit fees and the existing scope-based saving remain unchanged; equal selections have equal prices regardless of displayed preset name. The discount-eligible service IDs are frozen independently of the display names. The interface now leads with focused visibility and keeps broader programmes in an optional disclosure. The marketing planner starts with the existing Company LinkedIn + strategy scope at $3,400/month and $0 media/production. Earlier-version saved services, quantities and media reset once to that starting scope with a visible notice. Choices saved under the new version persist. No service rate, broader programme price or purchase is created by this default.
One task list: website discovery, positioning, initial copy and launch SEO inform ongoing strategy and search rather than being sold again. Website maintenance, monthly SEO, AI search and content/CRO cover distinct agreed tasks. Marketing content/CRO is an optional additional four-hour block beyond selected website content updates. Routine CMS entries in approved existing templates are not automatic $900 or $2,500 pages. The initial enquiry/campaign page is within the 12-page build and works without paid ads; ongoing $1,200/month campaign-page work should be selected only when distinct campaigns need fresh pages. The same page build is not also billed as an additional-page fee.
Campaigns require an agreed objective, audience, service/project claims, assets, tracking, enquiry owner and separately approved media. Email nurture additionally needs an approved audience/contact basis and an existing CRM/workflow. A $0 media allowance means no advertising budget has been allocated. Preparation/live dates and paid-service scope must be agreed; no arbitrary live-media amount or acquisition forecast is recommended here. Source-result examples do not establish Morley sales or ROI.
Shared filming, edits, design and technical work are delivered and charged once; cross-planner warnings flag shared production but do not create a reconciled combined invoice. Both website and marketing text/PDFs use their current shared models. Actual marketing PDF download replaces the former browser print dialog. Final page/content matrix, CMS access/licences, service/support/payment/rights, real delivery capacity/cost/margin and client budget fit remain unresolved. No new universal agency-speed or effectiveness claim, public deployment or client message is made.
